    We are an ethical company that always strives to do the right thing.  Our job is to help people find the BEST policies that suit their needs (even if that is to tell them to stay with their current insurance).  We strive to be honest and tell the truth when dealing with clients and coworkers in all situations.   We don’t hide the negative side of things; we are empathetic when the message is not what clients want to hear, but we assist and advise on the right course of action.

    We encourage employees to continue their education both in the insurance industry as well as personal development.  It is our intention to make available company materials (books, tapes, cassette programs) that will assist in this development.  We encourage employees to set goals – both for the company and for themselves.  We want them to grow and never stop learning.  We encourage them to work with a professional coach and seek help when needed.

    We encourage input, feedback, and ideas.  We listen to all ideas, even if we don’t implement all ideas.  We want employees to think creatively and encourage them to bring ideas to staff meetings or to managers.
